Company Description IndoSpine Hospital is an advanced Spine orthopaedic surgical center located in Ahmedabad. It is led by Dr. Tarak Patel, one of India\'s leading Spine surgeons, with a track record of over 5000 successful spine surgeries. Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Manager role located on-site at IndoSpine Hospital in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities. The role will involve working closely with the hospital staff, physician groups, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to build partnerships and drive business growth. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, negotiations, and marketing campaigns. Qualifications Proven business development and sales experience in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and create and execute marketing campaigns Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred Experience in the spine surgery industry or related field would be advantageous Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
