The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness and have the ability to communicate with both technical managers( Plant H eads, Mechanical and Electrical HODs) as well as executives(CXOs), and accept personal ownership of mutually agreed sales targets. Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to: New Business Development: Primary responsibility for regional sales targets Competition Mapping: Get and stay up to speed on the offerings of Nanoprecise as well as the value proposition and competitive differentiation. Sales Process Adherence: Adopting best practices, including: HubSpot usage, lead and opportunity maintenance, reporting Interface and collaborate with global colleagues on multinational opportunities Maintain a consistent standard of excellence in all interactions with Prospects, including: - Product demonstrations; - Proposal preparation and quotes; - Timely responses and follow up Required Qualifications Degree/ Masters in Marketing/Sales Preferably from Mechanical/ Industrial Automation background Overall, 6-10 years\' experience in new business development Has worked with end users and closed a minimum annual sales target of INR 10cr. Enterprise SaaS Sales experience Aptitude for learning new technologies. Previous experience with asset management, maintenance, reliability and enterprise cloud-based solutions are an asset; Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
