Position : Business Development Manager
Reports to : India \xe2\x80\x93 Operations Head, Automotive Business Solutions
Location(s) : Delhi NCR, Delhi (Working from Home \xe2\x80\x93 Involves travel to Indian Tier-1 to Tier-3 cities for business deals)
Experience : 4 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales & Service function of Automobile Manufacturers / Distributors
Duration : Full-time
Qualifications and/or Equivalent Work Experience:
The ideal candidate should come from one of two backgrounds:
1. Experienced Business Development Executive for an agency that serves the Marketing, Sales &Service function of Automobile Manufacturers / Distributors. This position would suit someone who has been working in Presales, Sales and/ or Marketing activities in learning solution with a proven track record of sales achievement with 4 to 5 years of experience.
2. While automotive experience is necessary, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can work across a host of industries including Pharma, BFSI, Insurance and Technology industries to offer Leadership learning solutions supporting our core foundation as workforce transformers with 4 to 5 years of experience.
Summary:
This position is to assist the India Management team in terms of learning solution development and account management of key automotive customers in India. It is also required to keep close contact with clients/regional managers/GP Strategies Global to coordinate business activities and solution development and implementation. Building up relationships with key customers as a business development role. This role also supports for business development in learning design, development and implementing, including digital learning. Candidates should ideally be well versed in the automotive industry, with an in-depth understanding of dealerships. Their dealership exposure can come through either direct working experience, field experience within a Manufacturer, or consulting assignments.
