Key Responsibility Areas Tasks : 1. Lead Generation (building a pipeline of qualified leads) Managing the Lead Generation Pipeline via the team - building a pipeline for all of our offerings (Corporate Consulting, Bulk gifting, Ecommerce platforms/Marketplaces, Retail outlets, Restaurants/Cafes, hotels) o Scaling the existing outreach strategy o Call strategy ; Calling potential clients and partners o Email Outreach Strategy; Helping design and customize email templates to send per lead and emailing Measuring and analyzing the performance of these outreach to optimize for better response rate 2. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development 3. Analyze trends and facilitate planning 4. Assisting an outreach strategy for B2B partners and platforms : Identify new retail and business partnerships for Graphicurry 5. Conduct extensive online and market research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers 6. Efficiently handling B2B and B2C client interactions over Business WhatsApp, email and calls. 7. Participating actively in brainstorming for social media engagement and creating a calendar with content schedule. 8.
