We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic fresher to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the overall sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, social platforms).
Reach out to potential clients and explain company products/services.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for solutions.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information.
Support senior sales team in achieving business targets.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Comfortable with LinkedIn, email writing, and online research.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales/BD/marketing are welcome.
