We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with proven expertise in generating leads and onboarding clients. The role requires driving business growth by bringing in clients seeking HR operations, payroll, and compliance services, while building strong and long-lasting professional relationships.

Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition:
? Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
? Identify and onboard clients for HR operations, payroll, and compliance services.
? Drive B2B sales by building and nurturing client relationships.
? Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
? Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall company growth.
2. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion:
? Research and identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
? Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's client base.
? Participate in business discussions to create tailored solutions for clients.
3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
? Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
? Provide excellent client servicing, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
? Regularly follow up with clients for feedback and future requirements.
4. Travel & On-Site Meetings:
? Travel as required for client visits, presentations, and networking events.
? Represent the company at professional forums and industry gatherings.
Requirement:
? Minimum 3 years of experience in business development
? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
? Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
? Willingness to travel for client visits and business opportunities.
Work Environment:
? Work Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
? Saturday Policy:
? All Saturdays before the 15th of every month Working
?All Saturdays after the 15th of every month holidays
