An admission counsellor will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition goaland revenue growth objectives. Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls andemails \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for student admission and achieve their targets \xef\x82\xb7 Understand customer needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program \xef\x82\xb7 Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas \xef\x82\xb7 Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents. \xef\x82\xb7 Support students one on one in their selection of course, application process and meeting application deadlines. \xef\x82\xb7 Should be able to assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the application process. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communicationswithparents of student applicants. Requirement: \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through conversations \xef\x82\xb7 Strong inclination to work in a target driven sales environment. \xef\x82\xb7 Proven expertise in converting leads into a sale \xef\x82\xb7 Experience working with CRM \xef\x82\xb7 Fluency in English and Hindi languages is a must-have. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong listening and presentation skills.
