Job Description

Responsibilities - Support client acquisition efforts by identifying prospects and assisting in outreach campaigns. - Participate in the full sales cycle--from initial contact and lead qualification to deal closure--with guidance from senior team members. - Build rapport with clients and contribute to long-term relationship development. - Assist in meeting revenue goals through proactive engagement and follow-ups. - Collaborate closely with delivery and recruiting teams to understand client needs and match suitable solutions. - Stay informed about industry trends and local market dynamics, especially wesperepare basic sales reports, pipeline updates, and share client feedback with leadership. Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles--preferably in IT Consulting or Staffing. - Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,384.31 - ₹21,735.87 per month

Work Location: In person
