We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to kickstart a career in business development and sales. You will play a vital role in expanding the customer base and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, field visits, etc.)
Reach out to leads, explain company services, and schedule meetings or demos.
Pitch company offerings to clients and assist in closing deals.
Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain strong post-sale communication.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address queries, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
Share market insights with the internal team for strategy improvement.
Maintain records of client interactions and deal progress in the CRM or internal database.
Prepare basic performance and lead conversion reports as needed.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in sales conversations (telephonic or face-to-face)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
0-1 year of experience in sales/business development (Freshers can apply)
Proficiency in English and Hindi
Must be based in Noida or willing to relocate
