Job Description

TOUR BD EXECUTIVE 1. Directly performing sales and customer care: - Searching the new customers, maintaining and strengthening the long-term relationships with existing customers. - Searching for the customers using the tour services on the Hahalolo platform (booking tours on the platform). - Searching for quality tour providers (tour operators) to provide unique tours for customers. - Following up the completion of contract signing with partners. - Receiving and handling the customers complaints about the quality of products and services provided. - Building up AFF personal relationships. - Being responsible for ensuring assigned sales. - Being responsible for the assigned market. 2. Participating in researching, building and perfecting the company\'s products and services: - Participating in research and improvement, perfecting existing types, products and services and developing new types, building and developing new products and services. - Participating in the implementation and sales of tour programs and related products and services as assigned. 3.Perform other arising tasks assigned by the direct management level related to the functions and tasks of the
Board.
REQUIREMENT: - Graduated from the college majoring in tourism, tour guide with at least 1 year working experience. - Fluent in English and proficient in office computer. - Understanding the domestic and foreign tourism market. - Maintaining the knowledge of tourist routes. - Good communication, expression, presentation, persuasion and consulting skills. - Flexibility in communication and handling situations. - Ability to work, work away from home. - Teamwork skill. - Ability to work independently.
