Role & responsibilities



Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers on a daily basis.
Present and promote company products/service(Freight & 3PL) to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and requirements to qualify leads.
Generate interest, identify decision-makers, and secure appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate lead and prospect information.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, references, or inquiries.
Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with prospects to increase conversion chances.
Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales scripts, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile



Proven experience as a Telecaller, Cold Calling Executive, Telesales, or similar role. 2-4 years of experience in Cold Calling Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to learn about products/services and explain them clearly to prospects.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream) or equivalent.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
