Job Description

IT sales and business development representative for an IT Services and IT consulting organization.The business development executive (BDE)will work with multi-channel communication tools like phone calls, chat, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM to qualify leads, discover the business needs, follow-up, and facilitate deal closure.The BDE will work for the Indian markets.Work Details:

  • Location : Onsite - Trivandrum kerala
  • Timing : 9 am IST to 5 pm IST
  • Working Days : Monday -saturday
  • Package: Salary + Incentive
Business Development Executive (BDE) Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with senior executive and C-level decision makers
  • Identify and qualify prospects adhering to the BANT criteria defined for each product /service offering
  • Email marketing and LinkedIn personalized messaging
  • Multi-channel prospecting including cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, email to secure appointments for online demonstrations of software products
  • Follow-up with prospects to educate them on the Cybertech product and service offerings
  • Co-ordinate and schedule software product demos tailored to customer needs and answer product questions during pre-sales meetings
  • Respond promptly to prospect/client questions, consult with customer services and delivery team and coordinate providing detailed technical explanations of product features and capabilities
  • Coordinate with product/technical team to come up with estimates and technical information
  • Initiate conversation and relationship building with relevant business and technical stakeholders
  • Coordinate with delivery team to facilitate the free trials to prospect
Required Skills
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn complex and enterprise software solutions and provide demos to prospects
  • Experience in IT Solutions domain and enterprise account selling
  • Understand and communicate the key value propositions to the prospects
  • Identify the correct point of contact for an account
  • Handle objections by understanding prospect needs and pain points
  • Ask discovery questions to gather prospect information for sales
  • Master the repeatable daily process put in place by leadership
  • Manage the sales process and communication in the CRM accurately and consistently
  • Consistently accelerate call volumes
