We are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing and nurturing business relationships, and driving sales of our services. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in sales and business development and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. As a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in forging strong client relationships and contributing to the growth and success of Ignitic Ideas. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities. Identify and actively seek out potential clients. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Develop a deep understanding of our services and effectively communicate their value to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning Ignitic Ideas\' solutions as value-adding propositions. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for Ignitic Ideas and the client. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to the company\'s growth objectives. Requirements: Has good knowledge of real estate, marketing and advertising. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales. Team management and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Customer focus and result-oriented approach.
