We are India\'s 1st professional Curly Hair Care Brand giving solutions and services to the Salon Industry to cater to their customers from the curly hair community. Inviting Sales Champions We invite Business Development Executive for our Professional Product Division. In this individual contributor role you will take care of Curlin product sales to salon network. The candidate should have 2- 5 years of relevant experience selling in the Salon network. Candidates strong in Distributor/Dealer management and Relationship Management will be given preference. The location of the job will be Delhi Job Responsibilities: - You will be responsible for Curlin products placements - through primary / secondary sales in the top tier salons across the geography assigned. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery of monthly primary, secondary and tertiary sales through effective relationships with channel partners, business partners, and developing innovative schemes for fast movement of goods through salons. You will implement Curlin training programs for each Salon and/or staff members along with Curlin Hair Educator support You should be open to learning about Curly Hair domain and should participate in the development of new training actions by working closely with education/training team for smooth business development. You will make qualitative feedback on products sell-out and contribute to improve the products sell-out in line with the brand strategy. You will collaborate with the internal teams (supply chain, controls and finance) and external teams to process sales orders, pricing, SKU codes, manage stocks for supplies and track/ follow-up on collections. You will be responsible for handling relationship management with Key Clients (Premium Salons) Technical Skillsets: Eager to learn about new concept like Curlin. Relationship orientation to manage distributors, salons and achieve secondary targets. Key Competencies: Experience in B2B sales with professional hair care brands will be preferred. Experience in Identifying channel partners / distributors to drive secondary and tertiary sales. Own targets for the region and ensure customer and partner satisfaction. Education: UG :Any Graduate PG :MBA/PGDM in Marketing
