\'Position: Business Development Executive: Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a proven track record in tele-calling, market research, and appointment/demand generation within the US and UK geography. As a BDE, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving growth through effective prospecting and outreach strategies. Your Role and Responsibilities at Saviant: Tele-calling and Demand Generation: Leverage your extensive experience in tele-calling to promote our IT services to potential clients in the US and UK markets. Conduct cold calls and appointment setting to generate leads and opportunities. Market Research and Prospecting: Utilize your market research expertise to identify and target the right set of accounts aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to optimize prospecting efforts. Industry Experience: Demonstrate a solid understanding of the IT services landscape, including software, cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and data analytics. Leverage your knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients. Possess prior experience either with an IT services company within the employee range of 1,000 to 10,000 or have worked with reputable appointment setting agency. Your background in such organizations will be highly valued. Relationship Building: Collaborate with our existing team to strengthen relationships with current clients. Ensure effective communication and understanding of client needs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Job Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 5 years- of experience in tele-calling and promoting IT services within the US and UK geography. Hand on experience with demand generation and appointment setting through cold calling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with potential clients and navigate through objections. Self-motivated and results oriented. - Demonstrate the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills - Exhibit the capacity to conduct market research and identify opportunities. Adaptability and flexibility. Thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions. Strong knowledge of IT services, and solutions& tech savvy - with the ability to understand and articulate complex IT concepts. Positive attitude and team player - Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve collective goals.\'
