Cybertoss is a core BPO Company in India serving clients globally over 5 years with IT enabled services including 24 x 7 customer Support with Voice and Non-Voice Process, E-Commerce Support, Web Research, Data Management, Admin Support including Web Design, Web development, Digital Marketing with SEO. • Provide assistance to international clients on email, chats or verbally.
• Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
• Should be responsible for successful project maturing.
• Maintaining a healthy coordination with internal project managers as per needed.
• Be able to analyze company information & data in order to create your own business development plan & strategy.
• Maintaining proper reporting with documentation.
• Maintaining strong international client interaction / relationship.

Job Requirements: - Education: - BBA/ MBA/ PGDM Experience: -

• Excellent English Communication is a must.
• International client handling experience would get preference.
• Should have enriched corporate knowledge in various industries. (Knowledge in E-Retail, Real Estate, Job and Recruiting sectors will get preference)
• Should have knowledge in Microsoft office packages & similar business development analytical tools.
• An enthusiastic and ambitious team player with an eye for detail and commitment.
• Good organization, planning and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask with problem-solving skills.
• Having 2-3 years of work experience will get preferrence.
