Position - Business Development Executive Location - New Delhi (Naraina vihar) Industry - Overseas Recruitment & Staffing Business Job Title: Business Development Executive (Overseas Recruitment and Staffing) Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive in the Overseas Recruitment and Staffing Industry, your primary role is to identify, engage, and secure new clients internationally. You will play a crucial part in expanding the company\'s presence in global markets, establishing partnerships, and driving revenue growth through the recruitment and placement of international talent. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients in international markets.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities.
2. Relationship Building:
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Understand clients\' manpower needs, challenges, and goals to tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
3. Sales and Presentation:
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Articulate the company\'s value proposition and services effectively.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
4. Market Expansion:
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company\'s presence in new international markets.
  • Explore opportunities for partnerships, joint ventures, or collaborations with overseas organizations.
5. Talent Acquisition Support:
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless process for identifying, screening, and presenting international candidates to clients.
  • Provide input on sourcing strategies to meet client demands.
6. Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Continuously seek upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
7. Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting international recruitment and staffing.
  • Use market insights to adapt business development strategies.
8. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of international recruitment processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Multilingual skills may be an advantage, depending on the target markets
