For more detail plz visit - www.hrremedyindia.com We have an Urgent requirement for \' Business Development Executive \' Designation -- \'Business Development Executive\' Job Location - Baner, pune It\'s a Work from office (WFO) -- Managing the Training Business and handling daily operations. Responsible for admissions and training coordination. Counseling providing information about the course to candidates. Increasing the admissions by telecalls/ In-person meetings. Able to generate walk-ins from database calling, monitoring and ensuring timely implementation of all academic related activities.. Brainstorming, a new strategy to generate lead from various sources. Ensuring timely completion of training and coordinating with faculty members. Support Management by maintaining up-to-date records with regards to Enquiries, Admissions, Batches, etc. As an AdmissionsCounseloryou will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy. Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines. What we are looking for-- 1. Excellent understanding of sales & marketing ,good communication skills, hardworking, positive attitude. 2. Candidate with good convincing power. 3. Basic proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel is preferable 4. Knowledge of digital marketing is prefered 5. Knowledge of lead generation is prefered. Interview process-- 1. 1st round of Interview -- Telephonic 2. 2nd round of Interview -- Face to face 3. 3rd round of Interview with Management.
