We are looking for an experienced professional with a digital agency background in Pune sales and

business development. Key responsibilities of this position include acquiring customers where our digital

marketing expertise can add value to customers\' business. Candidates should possess the creativity and

thorough knowledge of sales processes in selling digital services with innovative ideas for business

growth. Communication, team management and collaboration with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong sales pipeline - responsible for forecasting and detailed pipeline management for
exceeding sales, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, pricing and yield goals.
  • Build a strategic plan for time management each week to foster effective use of time and
achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Negotiations for project acquisition and managing the acquisition/transaction process as well as
negotiations with prospective development partners.
  • Reaching out to CXOs, Marketing directors, Marketing Executives, etc. who are the decision-
makers in their respective organizations to Pitch digital marketing services.
  • Generate leads using various platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, outreach, cold
calls, emails, CRM etc to Identify prospects, right contacts, and decision makers for business

development. Also, identify events within the industry which enhance referring brands and/or

prospective client engagement.
  • Closely monitor & prepare data/report on a regular basis for qualified opportunities, existing
campaigns, outreach, and brief conversation as well as nurturing the leads/pipeline at the early

stage of conversion.
  • Provide continuous feedback to cross-functional teams regarding areas for potential
improvement in business or operations to improve client relationships.
  • Have the ability to create exciting sales pitches. Excellent negotiator, strong closing skills and an
ability to recognize and act on great opportunities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps and generate new
ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the marketplace you work in, including
regular analysis of competitor activity and identifying opportunities for new revenue streams.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • IT sales experience must
  • Demonstrated success in meeting revenue goals and building effective relationships
in an agency experience in the Pune market will be preferred
  • Min 2+ years of demonstrated success in performing a business development/sales
representative function with excellent digital sales acumen within a Digital Marketing Agency or

Media Industry.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.
  • Ability to excel in a highly competitive environment and adaptability to a rapidly evolving media
landscape
  • Ability to multi-task with strong time, project management skills and financial business acumen

  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-
focused mindset to respond quickly to customer needs
