  Candidate should have good communication skills & capable to convert sales, Effective communicator, good verbal & written skills.
• 
  Sales discussions & Lead Generation.
• 
  Approaching targeted customers for properties.
• 
  Calling new customers and existing customers for sale.
• 
  Providing information about properties available for sale.
• 
  Handling queries, Data Management, good computer Knowledge with MS OFFICE & Excel Sheet.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 
  Only candidates Interested in tele calling may apply.
• 
  Excellent MS-Excel Skills required.
• 
  Local Candidates Preferred.
• 
  Candidates from BPO experience preferred.
• 
  Experience in Tele calling is preferred.
