Role Description - This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Noida. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, generating new leads, conducting market research, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining customer relationships. Detailed Roles & Responsibilities - The BDEs will conduct research on firms, analyze their present digital marketing activities, and build relationships with them (most likely via phone and email), recommending ways in which the agency may assist them in improving their digital marketing efforts. the Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and help the business grow. Will be searching for new clients, finding new potential services to offer, and helping the company expand to new markets. Have Experience in Sales and Marketing/ Business Development Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills, capable to give demos independently, fast learner and passion for sales, self-motivated with a result driven approach. Pitching & Identifying leads, Maintaining fruitful relationships with customers, New Client Acquisition, lead generation, Business Development Experience into Domestic (Client Acquisition) as a Business Development Executive for Electrical contracting To analyse the market to generate the leads from various sites. Build long term business relationships with client leaders and decision makers. Achieve established team targets for new sales, sales renewals, database participation and client work. Qualifications - Excellent analytical and communication skills Experience in lead generation and market research Customer service skills and experience Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus Understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
