Position Overview:

ChefDarbari Hospitality Staffing Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our clientele base by establishing and nurturing relationships with hotels and restaurants across the National Capital Region. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the hospitality industry, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in business development and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities: * Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and approach hotels, restaurants, and hospitality establishments to promote ChefDarbari\'s staffing services.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand the unique staffing requirements of each client and tailor ChefDarbari\'s services to meet their specific needs.
  • Presentation and Pitch: Deliver compelling presentations and pitches that showcase ChefDarbari\'s value proposition, services, and industry expertise.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals and service agreements that align with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the NCR hospitality market.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent ChefDarbari and expand the company\'s presence in the region.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition, preferably in the hospitality or staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and pitching abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Familiarity with the NCR hospitality market is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel within the NCR region for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Valid driver\'s license and access to a vehicle.
