(Mumbai candidate only)
Position : - Business Development Executive(Secured/Unsecured Loans)- 500 nos.
Note: - Candidates with experience in either loans or Any banking & General Insurance Product will only be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities: -
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify sales opportunities for the Secured/Unsecured Loans products by acquiring new customers and
building new relationships
\xef\x82\xb7 Generate fresh leads through self sourcing/references
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to use all communication platforms effectively like telephone, email, and face to face.
\xef\x82\xb7 Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop relationship with Builders, Realtor \'s, CA, DSA , Connectors and corporate to leverage business.
\xef\x82\xb7 Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the
terms of those services.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to drive \xe2\x80\x9csales targets\xe2\x80\x9d of multiple loan products \xe2\x80\x93 Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible
from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process. \xef\x82\xb7 Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customer \xef\x82\xb7 Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities
Qualification: - Any Graduate / MBA-Finance/Marketing
CTC: - 1.80Lac pa to 04 lac pa + Incentive(Based on Candidate) Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 400,000.00 per year Schedule:
