Department: Sales Location: Andheri East Nr. WEH Metro Off Andheri Kurla Road- Mumbai Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads through proactive cold calling and establish strong relationships with potential clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities presenting our products/services and ultimately closing deals. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: & bull Conduct proactive cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads. & bull Utilize various channels databases and tools to source new prospects. & bull Develop a deep understanding of the target market to identify potential clients. Client Engagement: & bull Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with key decision-makers. & bull Present company products/services effectively highlighting value propositions. & bull Build and nurture relationships through follow-up communications. & bull Acquire new clients for business development activities through mailers cold calling and via LinkedIn- Social Media. Sales Pipeline Management: & bull Manage and the CRM system with accurate and timely information. & bull Track and report on sales activities and progress regularly. & bull Ensure a healthy and qualified sales pipeline of new leads client s and closures. Collaboration: & bull Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and strategies. & bull Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition of leads to the sales pipeline. & bull Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy. Qualifications & bull Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field. & bull Proven experience in business development and lead generation preferably in a B2B setting. & bull Strong communication and interpersonal skills. & bull Ability to confidently engage with decision-makers and articulate value propositions. & bull Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. & bull Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Skills & bull Excellent cold calling and negotiation skills. & bull Strong problem-solving abilities. & bull Self-motivated and able to work independently. & bull Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. & bull Adaptability to evolving market conditions.
