Job Description


Role definition: : As a BDE your prime responsibility will be to tap new customers, reassess existing client potential & explore new markets with an overall focus on revenue generation, resolving grievances and building of company image. You shall be part of Channel Sales Team and get an opportunity to develop in depth knowledge of the Signage Industry. Your key inputs will help strategize the sales and pricing policy from time to time. Skills: Good communication skills, verbal as well as written.Negotiation and persuasion skills Quick and Self learner.Networking skills Planning skills, Confidence and Enthusiastic to build good relations with people. Active listening skills, Knowledge: Knowledge of MS office Languages: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati and English Identify the requirement of clients Resolving the issues / complaints of clients Review customer background and track record Experience / Segments: 3-6 years of experience in Business Development, related Signage industry preferred Responsibility & Deliverables: Generating Revenue at optimum Margins. Achieve and exceed the set targets both Top-Line and Bottom-Line Clients. Conduct Market Research to identify new markets and customers. Maintain Cordial relationships and build rapport with clients. Assisting the Business Head in assessing the profile of the Customer to determine the Customer Credit Limit in the laid KYC format with an aim to achieve Zero Bad Debts. Planning the Call and Visit Calendar well in time ensuring periodical visits. Presenting well supported market information to the management for future strategic planning. Ensuring proper Coordination between Sales and Logistics team. Follow Fair Trade practices along with honesty & integrity. Maintaining and updating the Customer database periodically. Efficient and effective reporting of all Sales Calls and Visits, on daily basis. Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the Characteristics, Strengths and Weaknesses of our existing products in par with competition. Visit HO twice a month for Team Review meeting with BH. Ensure customer complaints are well addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Area Of Operation Mainly being in the states of Maharashtra and Gujarat (excluding Mumbai and Navi Mumbai) Work Timing: 10:30 am to 7.00 pm (Monday-Saturday) Salary offered : - 5 L Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
