Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate, nurture & acquire leads for all services

• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle

• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

• Understand client\'s needs, conduct client meetings, and follow up with potential clients to customize their business proposals

• Plan approach decks and pitches, developing roadmaps and strategies for clients.

• Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients

• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth

• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.

• Researching prospective accounts in target markets

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience with a digital/advertising agency.

• Have a great understanding of the digital industry, business, and services and how they can benefit clients

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop and maintain business relationships along with great presentation and negotiation skills.

• Proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations

• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close business with prospective clients.

• Ability to establish long term associations with prospects and existing clients to retain business

• Creating a roadmap and targets to meet the company\'s short-term and long-term goals and ensuring they are met

• Possess a pleasant, warm, approachable, and proactive personality with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a sense of ownership.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
