connected Business Development Executive who can drive new business tie-ups and
leverage their industry network to fuel growth.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and
closing new business partnerships. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in
organizing large-scale events (e.g., at Nesco or for marquee clients like the Ambanis) and
should bring with them a strong network in hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
? Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and tie-ups.
? Leverage industry connections (especially in hospitals and healthcare) to open doors
for collaborations.
? Work on corporate and large-scale event partnerships (experience with venues like
Nesco or high-profile clients is preferred).
? Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
? Coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients.
? Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.
? Assist senior leadership in pitching, proposals, and negotiations.
Qualifications & Experience
? 3-6 years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Partnerships /
Events.
? Proven track record of handling business tie-ups and event partnerships.
? Prior exposure to organizing or managing events at Nesco / large-scale corporate
events / luxury clients is a big plus.
? Strong network within the hospital and healthcare sector is highly desirable.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
? Graduate / MBA preferred.
