Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
xc2xb7 Distributor handling: handling the current set of distributors/Sub Distributors and
managing their primary and secondary sales volumes. The position will be
responsible for handling distribution in Mumbai Market.
xc2xb7 Client Handling: Handling the existing set of client consisting for hotels,
restaurants, cafxc3xa9s etc. category and would also be responsible to increase the
customer base based on the geography allotted to her/him for working. The BDE
will also be responsible for client wise tracking of secondary sales and reporting to
secondary sales in the company format. Would be handling major of local clients
and should have to skills of hunter and farmer at the same time. Also will be
responsible for carrying out the activities will the client listing the new product.
xc2xb7 Commercial: The BDE will be responsible for managing secondary sales claims
for the set of given distributors along with other commercial hygiene.
xc2xb7 Develop Food Service Business in the area. Achieve assigned business targets
and goals.
xc2xb7 Following up new business opportunities, Opening up of distributors and expansion
of customer base, New area Expansion
xc2xb7 Add new customers for FS.
xc2xb7 Lead a team of Promoters & Supervisors to build business.
xc2xb7 Execute activations for business development for FS.
xc2xb7 Distributor management and development. Order Placement, NCC, Claims
xc2xb7 Coordinating for Sampling and trade promotion activities
