Designation : Assistant Manager - LBD (Loan Business Development )Key Responsibility Area (KRA): - -New Customer acquisition -Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans -Collecting all necessary documents for processing loan - Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions -Update status of the loan applications to the clients - Maintain MIS and update account records -Develop referral networks - Build trust, relationships, loyalty and customer satisfactionRequirements & Skills: - -Proven working experience of sales and business development from any industry (Loan/ Insurance business development experience will be an added advantage -Familiarity with computers and Basic MS Office Applications. -Excellent communications and interpersonal skills -Customers satisfaction orientation and sales competencies -Ability to work in a goal oriented environment -Bachelor's degree is compulsory (Trade: Finance, accounts, economics or a related field or marketing field will be an added advantageJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
