Channel Development & Dealer satisfaction
Market study & research, competition benchmarking on an ongoing basis
Building relations with external customers like dealers, distributors and architects & designers
Ensure timely collections & payments from the distributors/channel partners
Generating and monitoring ROI for all the dealers
