Our LED products are used across retail showrooms, corporate offices, educational institutions, real estate projects, auditoriums, hospitality spaces, residential home-theatres, and public environments -- helping brands and organizations elevate their visual presence through cutting-edge digital displays.

We are looking for motivated and driven Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to promote and sell permanent LED display solutions across East India.
The role involves B2B solution selling -- identifying prospects, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored LED display systems from our Xtreme Media product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and develop new B2B clients for LED screen sales and installations.
  • Promote Xtreme Media's indoor, outdoor, and custom LED display solutions.
  • Meet with architects, builders, system integrators, event companies, retail chains, and corporate clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate display configurations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation and presentations to order closure and payment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners for long-term business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new LED technologies.
  • Willingness to travel across East India for client meetings and project discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in B2B or project-based product sales, preferably in LED displays, AV systems, signage, or electronics.
  • Strong technical understanding or willingness to learn about LED display specifications (pixel pitch, brightness, resolution, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet sales targets independently.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for tech sales may also apply.

Salary Range
?35,000- ₹50,000 per month (plus attractive sales incentives based on performance and project value)
