Job Location : Trivandrum Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Prospect Identification: Identify potential clients by employing diverse methods such as cold calling, attending networking events, utilizing social media, and conducting industry research. Conversion Mastery: Nurture leads and establish robust client connections to effectively turn prospects into satisfied clientele. Content Creation: Collaborate closely with the Design and Development teams to craft compelling sales materials customized to meet client requirements. Strategic Blueprinting: Formulate and execute sales strategies to not only meet but also surpass targets. Stay vigilant about market trends and competitor activities to uncover fresh opportunities. Leadership and Guidance: Assume a leadership role by inspiring and supporting the sales team. Offer guidance and mentorship to junior members. Initiative and Drive: Exhibit strong motivation in the pursuit of closing deals. Take full ownership of the sales process and deliver results. Client Education: Serve as a trusted advisor, imparting knowledge about our services and solutions to clients. Thorough Reporting: Maintain meticulous records and provide regular reports to management, encompassing forecasts and performance metrics.
