Business Development Executive (BDE) identifies and pursues new business opportunities, builds relationships with potential and existing clients, researches market trends, and develops strategies to drive revenue and company growth. Key responsibilities include lead generation, market research, creating proposals and presentations, collaborating with internal teams, and tracking sales performance to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:
Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities and prospective clients.
Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to inform strategy and identify new avenues for growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base, increase sales, and achieve company goals.
Sales Process & Negotiation:
Guide prospective clients through the sales funnel by conducting consultations, presenting products/services, and negotiating deals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal departments, such as marketing and customer success, to support sales processes and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Reporting:
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance against KPIs, and report sales results to senior management.
