Identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, market research, cold calling, and networking
Developing and executing outreach strategies to connect with potential clients and introduce relevant solutions
Qualifying leads and managing them through the sales pipeline from first contact to closing
Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals
Preparing customized proposals, pitch decks, and pricing strategies for prospective clients
Meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly KPIs including meetings booked, pipeline value, and closed deals
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align messaging and identify campaign opportunities
Using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client communications with accuracy
Keeping up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in education publishing, Ed-tech, or related sectors.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Strong understanding of regional education markets and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
