Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Generate leads through various channels and engage in proactive client outreach. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for business development. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Actively participate in the bidding process to secure new projects and contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 6 months of experience in a business development or similar role (Preferred). Experience in bidding for projects is highly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
