Your responsibilities include lead generation, sales calls, CRM maintenance, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will excel at building rapport with customers and closing sales, with a strong understanding of modern marketing techniques and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Identify potential clients across various business channels and conduct thorough research into their specific business needs. Take full ownership of managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Play a substantial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. Engage in outreach strategies, including crafting email templates and leveraging social media techniques. Architect outbound lead generation campaigns. Contribute to the development, execution, and assessment of highly effective sales strategies. Possess a deep understanding of marketing and negotiation methodologies. Handle client calls and effectively manage existing client relationships. Collaborate seamlessly with a dedicated team on a daily basis. Consistently meet and surpass monthly sales targets. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in sales, including B2B and B2C sales. Proven track record in expanding business in international markets. Successful execution of multiple email campaigns, encompassing design, planning, management, and optimization of integrated digital campaigns across various channels. Strong ability to leverage social media for lead generation. A comprehensive problem-solving approach. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong verbal and written communicator. Excellent phone and presentation skills. Good project management skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
