1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry research.

- Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.

- Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities for maximum sales productivity.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present products/services, understand their requirements, and provide customized solutions.

- Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department.

3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

- Conduct compelling and persuasive product demonstrations or presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of our offerings.

- Effectively communicate the unique selling points of our products/services and tailor presentations to match client needs.

4. Sales Negotiation and Deal Closure:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business while maintaining profitability.

- Overcome objections and address client concerns to ensure successful deal closures.

- Collaborate with the management to develop competitive sales proposals and quotations.

5. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Manager.

- Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve or exceed them.

6. Market Intelligence and Competition Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

- Analyze market conditions and identify opportunities for business growth.
