Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Identifying the business prospects and developing new clients
  • Managed the P&L
  • Handling delivery and client servicing, ensuring smooth transition and account handling.
  • Relationship building with Clients, getting mining done from clients.
  • Connecting with HRs and pitching them for new positions
  • Mapping the industry and understanding the developments
  • maintaining a good PR with the clients and ensuring existing client servicing
  • Being a part of the recruitment drives at the client place
  • Create business objectives, forecast and monthly reports presentation to top management
  • Maintaining various MIS
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
