We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development manager to contribute to the growth of our company for the North American, APEC market with experience in Hospitality.

You should have had prior experience in developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. Roles and Responsibilities
:

  • Candidate will be the single PoC from Botshot for all property owners/management in that cluster.
  • Will be responsible for achieving overall sales targets of the cluster (Including Affiliates and Interns within multiple regions in the cluster), and driving business performance
  • Maintaining relationship with owners, driving customer experience, resolving owner escalations, and owning operations delivery for existing properties in the cluster.
  • Identify and develop new markets in the Cluster to drive the business targets of multiple regions
  • Help generate revenue by getting more customers, affiliates to the BOTSHOT platform
  • Drive line sales through various means from existing Botshot clients
  • Sell Botshot solutions to owners through Market Visits, Email and Calls
  • Ensure collection of accounts receivable/outstanding amount from clients/accounts
  • Maintain and review monthly sales tracker of accounts and targets
  • Share regular feedback on market conditions, trends, competition, pricing, and other factors influencing on ground business
  • Manage assigned portfolio of owners of the hub and prevent churn by solving partner issues proactively
  • Ensure cluster performance of Cx metrics against target, especially driving guest experience performance for low performing properties in the cluster
  • Manage daily operations of various SMART hotels and ensure adherence to all Botshot operational procedures and guidelines
  • Ensure quality standards to promote repeat business. Implement and lead new initiatives at property to maintain great guest experience.
  • Resolve issues arising between property owners, customers & internal team.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and Sales Team to activate Hotels both online and offline
  • Regularly train the team on various aspects of sales
  • Maintain and create database for prospect clients.
  • Scheduling and Attending Meetings with Prospective clients
  • Follow up with leads and build strong relationships with the Clients
  • Achieving sales targets by analysing the needs and meeting the requirements of new and existing clients
  • Preparing proposals together with the Project Manager
  • Develop sales channels
  • Develop lead magnets
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships
  • Follow up with leads and build strong relationships with the brand
  • Develop or identify sales material or tools to improve and optimize the sales process



You are a perfect fit, if you have...
  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience in the key account management area within the travel or hospitality industry. Experience in a SaaS environment is an advantage
  • Strong interest in software products and hospitality industry
  • Excellent verbal , written communication & Presentation skills

  • Exceptional team player skills
  • Great phone presence, the ability to engage and excite potential customers
