As an Entry-Level Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the real estate sector. This role requires extensive fieldwork, and having your own vehicle is a definite advantage. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and real estate opportunities. Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and other business development strategies. Build and maintain a database of prospective clients. Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and property developers. Understand client needs and provide suitable real estate solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our real estate services. Property Tours and Site Visits: Schedule and conduct property tours and site visits with potential clients. Provide detailed information about properties, their features, and the local real estate market. Sales and Negotiation: Prepare and present offers to clients. Negotiate terms and conditions to close real estate deals. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Documentation and Administrative Tasks: Assist in the preparation of legal documents and agreements. Ensure accurate and complete documentation of real estate transactions. Maintain records of client interactions and transactions. Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors. Provide regular reports on market conditions and opportunities to the management. Qualifications: A Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
