Lightning Realtors (OPC) Pvt LtdWe are looking for a qualified real estate Business Development Executive who will be responsible for buying and selling property for our real estate business.Roles and Responsibilities : -
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing New Leads, Clients, and Customers.
- Key responsibilities are handling customer queries, offering advice, and introducing new products in the market as per Area Sales Manager instructions.
- As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible to implement all sales activities related to the new product and maximize the sales performance for the respective territory.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding the visibility of the product, performance of the product, and the type of walk-in customers.
- We are hiring energetic and enthusiastic people for our real estate sales team.
- Ability to effectively work with a diverse group of individual.
- Positive attitude for doing meeting/site visits every week.
- Experience in selling and has a strong follow- up with the clients.
- Having good communication skills and ability to understand requirements of prospects
