Job Description


  • Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections and achieving sales targets every month.
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
  • Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
  • Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Preparing financial projections and sales targets
  • Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
  • Work with the team to achieve short- and long-term revenue and profit growth.
  • Update and maintain customer information databases on a regular basis.
  • Participate in meetings to report business prospects and status updates to management and clients.
  • Write bids, proposals, brochures and various other business informational letters.
  • Conduct market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos to generate sales
  • Generate Proposal / Quotations
  • Follow-up Leads & maintain proper records for leads generated / tele-calling / other activities. Prepare and present reports on the numbers, learnings and monthly/weekly progress

  • Ability to write appropriate emails.
  • Prior experience of selling IT solutions and services will be an added advantage.
  • Must have the ability to organize and manage prospects / leads databases.
  • Focus on growth and scale in every task assigned
  • Go-getter, disciplined and paramount adherence to set timelines and result parameters
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, without compromise on quality of delivery
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher Pay: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • US shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelor\'s (Required)
