Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory
:
Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication skills (spoken & written English) for US client engagement.
Comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Preferred:
Experience in Business Development within Logistics, BPO, or KPO.
Knowledge of freight forwarding & US supply chain process.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales outreach tools.
