Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls, meet daily/weekly calling targets, and generate qualified leads. Convert leads into clients for agency services. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, startups, and corporate clients. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing strategies. Coordinate with the Business Development Manager to achieve revenue goals. Understand client requirements and communicate solutions effectively. Maintain records of leads, conversions, and client communications.

Requirements



Experience:

2-3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing (marketing/digital agency preferred).

Gender:

Female candidates only. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising strategies. Ability to meet targets, work under deadlines, and handle client queries confidently. Must be willing to work from the office in Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi.
