The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating quality leads and thus increasing our market share across various regions and sectors. Responsibilities: Growing business through the development of new leads and contacts; Assisting the team in developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals; Identifying new revenue opportunities and new markets/sectors; Building business relationships with current and potential clients; Attending networking events to attract and retain clients; Assisting with marketing and promotional projects and maintaining sales, marketing and business development documentation; Collaborating with management on sales goals; Support the team with other responsibilities as required; Creating and feeding into project documents; Assisting in Social Media Marketing etc. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Engineering or similar field; Proficiency in MS Office; Excellent multitasking skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work under pressure; Strong customer service skills.
