Role Overview We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. : As a Business Development Associate at Search My Expert, you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and expanding business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our products and services can address those needs. We are seeking a candidate with a strong command of the English language, a basic understanding of IT/Technical Stacks, and if has B2B working knowledge then it would be preferable first. The ability to handle clients and customers professionally is essential. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Inbound Calls: Take inbound calls and covert the leads into our client. Needs Assessment: Understand the business challenges and needs of clients and customers, and recommend suitable products and services. Technical Understanding: Possess a basic understanding of IT and technical stacks to effectively communicate with technical stakeholders and comprehend product offerings. Communication: Articulate the value proposition of our products and services clearly and persuasively, tailoring your communication to different audiences. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and customers to help improve our products and services. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions using CRM software. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or even Technology with sales certifications in related field. Good Knowledge in B2B sales and client/customer handling. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Basic understanding of IT and technical stacks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
