Job Responsibility :
1) Need to achieve a daily assigned touch base (visit Shop Owners) and try to get business from them.
2) Coordinating with TL/Teammates and other stakeholders to get order delivery done on time.
3) Developing healthy relations with shop owners so that you can get regular business.
4) Meeting daily & Monthly targets.
5) Shop Audit (to check which items are getting finished in store so that the same can be pitched to shop owners)
6) awaring Shop owners about ongoing discounts to shop owners.Candidate criteria : Candidates must have a bike, smartphone along with good communication. Also candidates should be local. candidates have ideas about the geography of the local market and the city. if candidates have prior exp into FMCG then will be an advantage. Most important candidate should have a go-getter attitude and be willing to make his career in sales.Salary : 2.5 Lac to 3.5Lac
