Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for cybersecurity products (e.g., firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, DLP, cloud security, etc.).
Manage the complete sales cycle - lead generation, client meetings, product demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
CIOs, CISOs, IT managers, and decision-makers
in target accounts.
Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to provide product demonstrations and solution presentations.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for the Bengaluru market.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position company offerings effectively.
Work with marketing teams to execute campaigns, webinars, and events to drive brand visibility.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Provide feedback from the market to help improve products, pricing, and strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-4 years of experience
in sales/business development of IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity products.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Check Point, Cisco, etc.).
Proven ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and close deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong networking skills with ability to establish long-term client relationships.
