Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets (B2B/Industrial).
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, exhibitions, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, quality, logistics) to deliver customized solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue, and growth objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, prospects, and market feedback.
Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
3-7 years of experience in business development or industrial sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and industrial products.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
