Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, who is looking to advance their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role is based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India, and is a full-time position. Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Ability to conduct market research and analyze data Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field Roles and Responsibilites Identify New Sales leads. Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle Field Sales Prospect for new Clients by networking. Cold Calling. Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company. Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
